Project Manager
Requirements
BS Civil Engineering
California PE registration
5+ years experience in management of land development and/or
public works projects from inception to completion,
including quality, budget, and costs. Expert knowledge of
drainage and grading design and proficiency in AutoCAD, Land
Development Desktop and/or Civil 3D are essential.
Managerial experience with technical and administrative
staff is preferred.
Associate Engineer
Requirements
BS Civil Engineering
2 years experience in land development and/or public works
type projects. Candidate should be very familiar with
AutoCAD 2000 and land Development Desktop software.
Responsibilities will include the preparation of grading and
drainage plans, road improvement plans, utility improvement
plans, topographic surveys, earthwork calculations, drainage
calculations and the preparation of subdivision maps and lot
line adjustments.
