Thad spent the summer of 2005, after his junior year at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, interning with Whitson Engineers in Monterey.  The internship gave him the opportunity to put to use what was taught at school, as well as learn new skills. 

When Thad started at Whitson Engineers he had little experience with AutoCAD 2002 and no experience with Land Development Desktop, but with the help of our staff, quickly caught on.  Thad also had the opportunity to go out in the field, discussing potential projects with clients and working on current projects with the survey crew.

Thad returned to Boston to finish his senior year at MIT, looking to put to use what he learned at Whitson Engineers.  After he finishes school, Thad is looking to get back into workforce, and his experiences at Whitson Engineers will help make that a smooth transition.
